All shipping within the USA is FREE. Most items are shipped within 48 hours of payment. Add $6.00 for shipping to Canada.
Shipping Alternative - Pick-up:
To eliminate shipping time, local customers may pick up their product in person. To schedule product pick-up call us at 801-319-6718.
We unconditionally guarantee our products:
If you are not satisfied FOR ANY REASON we will give you a full refund, credit, or exchange when you return your product within 30 days of purchase. Original receipt must be included. All products are UNCONDITIONALLY guaranteed against any defect in craftsmanship for one full year, liability limited to product refund, credit, or exchange only.
To Return a Product:
1) On a paper, legibly indicate the reason for your return, provide your customer information, and list the items that you are returning, 2) include a copy of your original receipt, packaging slip, or invoice, 3) place this information and product to be returned inside the packaging, 4) wrap the package securely, and 5) send the package to the address listed. For your protection, we recommend that you utilize an insured method of shipping when returning a product. The Success Choice is not liable for items lost in shipping.
